When building your PU/seduction skills I have found the most effective and strongest way to build them is through the ‘Pyramid’.

Basically its a way to get comfortable and learn the skills of the next step effectively. It is a time consuming process however the results speak for themselves. Think of your goals; now imagine the top of this pyramid to be the end result to your goals. Now, think of all the
obstacles that are facing your goals and imagine these as the forces trying to eliminate you having your goals as wind or something to knock
it over. Obviously the more solid of a foundation that you have the better chances of you succeeding in your final goal and to have it stay
up there.

note: not everyone’s goals are sex. Some could be relationship or multiple relationship or just making friends or networking. The above diagram works for all types of social skill building just replace the steps with relevant ones to your goals.

Work one one part at a time working your way up from the bottom to the top. Starting with Approaching. The more you work on a skill to get it down well, the wider your base will be for this ‘pyramid’ therefore the harder it will be to topple. If for example you try to rush through it or try working on other parts of your game out of order(say building comfort when you havent worked on opening) you will find it to be a much MUCH harder strenuous process. However if you take the time to learn these skills one at a time and devote 100% to each skill-set separately you will find that YOUR pyramid will have the ability to not only reach your goal but create a plateau(as in Mayan pyramids) and you will be able to withstand the outside forces from trying to topple you. You will also find it is A LOT easier to build your next ‘level’ after you have built the one below it as much as you can.

Remember that this is an ever-learning, ever-growing process!
